Dimethyl silicone oil, also known as methylsilicone oil and polydimethylsiloxane, is odorless and non-toxic, hasphysiological inertia, good chemical stability, electrical conductivity andweather resistance, a wide range of viscosity, low freezing point, high flashpoint, good hydrophobic performance, and has high shear resistance. It can beused for a long time at a temperature of 50~180 ℃. It is widely used asinsulation, lubrication, shockproof, dustproof oil, dielectric fluid and heatcarrier, and can also be used as defoaming and film removal Additives forpaints and daily cosmetics.
1.As a release agent: due to the non-adhesion of dimethyl silicone oil with rubber, plastic, metal, etc., it is also used as a release agent for the molding and processing of various rubber and plastic products, and in precision casting.
